| Internet Mast: In Feb 2002, Pitcairn became one of the most remote spots on earth to have 'full' Internet access! This mast is the core of the wireless network in Adamstown, on which WWW access is possible. Connection to web is via satellite circuit that is time shared with Albuquerque Seismic Laboratory. |
